Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026
Before payment
You may leave or abandon checkout at any time before payment is completed. If no payment is confirmed, no GiftMorrow reservation is activated.
After payment
Once payment is confirmed, the personalized GiftMorrow service begins immediately. The event type and exact Moment Point are locked, a unique reservation is created, and event calculation or monitoring begins. For that reason, activated purchases are final and there is no standard cancellation or change-of-mind refund.
Examples that are not normally refundable
These include changing your mind, the recipient not wanting the gift, choosing a location that you confirmed before checkout, failing to open or share the private gift link, or a rain or snow event taking longer than expected to occur.
Exceptions
GiftMorrow will review duplicate or erroneous charges, cases where GiftMorrow is unable to provide the purchased service, and requests where applicable law requires a refund or cancellation right. Any refund legally required will be handled according to the applicable law.
Discretionary goodwill
In an exceptional case where no legal refund right applies, GiftMorrow may choose to offer a partial goodwill refund or account credit. Such relief is discretionary, may be partial, is not guaranteed, and does not create a precedent or entitlement for other purchases.
Contact
For a billing problem, duplicate charge, or technical failure, contact [email protected] and include the Gift ID if available.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted in the buyer's jurisdiction.
GiftMorrow does not promise a specific waiting time for future rain or snow. Natural event timing is outside GiftMorrow's control.
