Terms of Service

GiftMorrow is operated by MTIRA LLC. GiftMorrow provides personalized commemorative dedications and reservations of defined future natural events within the private GiftMorrow Registry.

No ownership of nature

A GiftMorrow purchase does not grant ownership of rain, snow, sunrise, sunset, weather, land, airspace, celestial objects, intellectual property, or any governmental or property right. It is a commemorative dedication and registry service.

Immediate activation and final sale

When payment is confirmed, GiftMorrow begins performing the personalized service immediately. The selected event type and Moment Point are locked to the reservation, a unique Gift ID and private gift record are created, and event processing or monitoring begins. Because the service is personalized and begins immediately, purchases are final after activation and there is no standard customer-initiated cancellation or change-of-mind refund.

Natural event timing

Natural events are outside our control. Rain and snow may occur sooner or later than forecasts suggest and may require a long wait at some locations. Sunrise and sunset are calculated from the confirmed Moment Point and time data. A long wait for a qualifying weather event is not, by itself, a basis for cancellation or refund.

Event verification

Weather events are determined under GiftMorrow's applicable detection rules and available provider data. Temporary outages may place a reservation into recovery processing while historical timeline data is retrieved. Sunrise and sunset are calculated from location and astronomical data.

Custom locations

The buyer must review and confirm the selected Moment Point before checkout. Once payment is confirmed, its event coordinates are treated as fixed for that reservation.

Recipient details

GiftMorrow may allow reasonable corrections to display details such as a recipient name, dedication text, or privacy setting before certification. Such corrections do not cancel or replace the purchased reservation and do not create a refund right.

Refunds

The GiftMorrow Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Standard refunds are not offered after activation. Exceptions may apply for duplicate or erroneous charges, GiftMorrow's inability to provide the purchased service, or where applicable law requires a refund or cancellation right. GiftMorrow may also choose to provide a partial goodwill refund or credit in an exceptional case, but any such courtesy is discretionary and does not create an entitlement for other purchases.

Digital product

GiftMorrow is a digital service. Physical certificates, shipping, merchandise, legal title, or ownership documents are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

Applicable consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted in the buyer's jurisdiction.
